Managing SIP Connections
SIP Connection management includes the following:
■ | Create SIP connections between the customer service site and Live Platform (see Add SIP Connections - Hosted Essentials). |
■ | Manage numbers in SBC dial plans (see Manage SBC Prefixes). |
■ | Import a file containing a list of IP-PBX users to add to your M365 tenant (see Import IP-PBX Users). |

1. | In the Service portal Navigation pane, click Site Locations. |
